Original 1920's pleated skirt, I think this is slightly earlier and it's been reworked. Pleated circular skirt with straight panel waistband, it has had another waistband added with the addition of elastic. This does have a popped seam to the side seam and a dropped hem which will need stitching back. There are a couple of small holes but not that noticeable because of the pleat design. Cute hand stitching inside.
