Rare original 1970s Biba glass herb jar - Thyme.
This range of amber glass was sold through the Big Biba store where you could buy everything from salt jars, oil bottles and caddys all stamped in the Biba art deco font. Decades later habitat made reproductions of these which are stamped in a fat lettering which is how you can tell the originals from the repros.
It has a black plastic screw top lid which fits tightly. There is some rubbing to the stamp but it still is readable.
These look fab displayed in a kitchen with other storage jars and could easily be used as it still has its lid.
