Original 1920's black velvet and lace jacket / top. Long sleeve design with simple cuff hem and velvet bow details, single popper to open below the cuff, gathered velvet collar wraps around the neckline and down both sides at the front. The body if the jacket is made in a very fine soft lightweight lace with an all over design and has an inner layer to act as a lining but hold the lace in shape. There are no hooks and eyes to the front it's a simple edge to edge but some could easily be hand sewn on to close the top. The hem is scalloped Nd the body is slightly square in shape so gives a great look when worn.
In good condition it does have a couple of small holes to the lace but these aren't easily seen and could be hand sewn closed.
