Original late 1920's early 1930's floral tea dress. Long sleeves with three poppers to the cuffs, pin tuck detailing to the shoulders with V-shaped neckline that slightly crosses over g the centre front, straight cut waist band with poppers down the front, pin tuck detailing to the waist with longline cut skirt. It's made in a cotton gauze fabric with this amazing abstract floral design all over.
The dress is in great condition but does have a small amount damage to the back shoulder ( see photos ) and a couple of small popped seams that will need stitching up but can easily and happily be worn as is with a slip. This does come with a slim belt which I think was made at a later date using the hem as the chain stitching in the side seems later but it is included and can easily be removed if needed.
Great classic original piece perfect for the spring / summer.

I have darned the very slight ‘wear and tear’ and the dress is perfect. You can’t say anything comparative for a one-off like this, it is unique and comes with its own personality. Much appreciated - thank you B Boys!
