This is a dramatic dress!
Dating from the mid 70's it's made from a crinkle rayon type fabric with black velvet trim.
Long straight cut sleeves which are bagged to the cuffs and gathered along the top line by black velvet, curved neckline with empire fit under the bust and full flowing skirt. Long metal zip to the back.
This has an over print and looks amazing when worn, the hem will need fixing as it's been let down or cut by the previous owner. The style of the dress is amazing with these dramatic sleeves and accents if velvet this is sure to get you noticed for any occasion!

Waist - Open because of the cut
