Original 1971 cotton maxi skirt suit set.
Long A-line skirt with cotton lace trim to the hem and simple elasticated waistline.
Peplum top with long pointed cuffed sleeves trimmed in cotton lace, curved neckline with matching trim going around and down the front. Button down with fitted waist and peplum side. Original woven label in the neckline.
This set is iconic and we have had many of these over the years in different colours like bottom green and salmon pink. This one is in good condition but does have some white marks to the top, this is a cotton blend so can easily be dyed or hand spotted to hide these but when worn they aren't as noticeable as my camera is making them out to be. The top has also been kept out on the sides which can be put back to the original stitch lines of left as is but it has made some small holes under the armholes.
Perfect for any fan of original Biba designs and look.
