Original 1970s Biba top n tail pencils.
The colour is called Toffee Cream. It features the Biba logo and name on the front and underneath this the colour name, where its made and how much it weighs. One end is the pencil itself and the other end has a brush applicator to help apply the makeup or smooth it on.
These are in great unused condition perfect for any Biba collection or makeup collection.
