This is a great original Biba Top N Tail pencil.
The colour is called Toffee Cream. It features the Biba logo and name on the front and underneath this the colour name, where its made and how much it weighs. One end is the pencil itself and the other end has a brush applicator to help apply the makeup or smooth it on. Its a great colour and looks fab on!
This is in great unused condition.
Great item and perfect for any Biba
collection - or makeup collection.
